What shipping methods are available?

We use two different shipping methods. You can choose to have your order shipped by us via DHL* or to have your order collected yourself via your own chosen shipping method (Ex. Warehouse).

*Note: Shipping via DHL is only available to countries in the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland. Other countries can only use the shipping method Ex. Warehouse.

How can I choose an alternative (delivery) address or change my address details?

You cannot change your address details yourself in your profile. If you want to change your address details or use an alternative (delivery) address, you can let us know via the contact form or via sales@cobeco.nl. Mention your change and/or alternative address immediately, so that we can change this immediately.
