Quality Control & Assurance

We are a fast-growing Dutch manufacturer of intimate wellness products, cosmetics and food supplements. For our Operations team, we are looking for a driven Quality Control & Assurance Associate. In this role, you are crucial in safeguarding product quality, complying with regulations and continuously implementing improvements. You work under the guidance of the Head of Operations, you are part of the quality team consisting of 3 other colleagues and you ensure that all quality-related activities comply with ISO 13485, FSSC 22000 and industry regulations. Your responsibilities

Incoming inspection

  • Check and test incoming raw materials and finished products
  • Monitor batch quality in warehouse and production phases
  • Implement test protocols for consistent product quality
  • Create lot numbers and maintain quality records

Daily quality rounds

  • Carry out scheduled quality rounds in production and warehouse areas
  • Test machines after cleaning procedures
  • Check environmental conditions and product obligations
  • Assess work orders for quality compliance
  • Organise test samples
  • Compliance and documentation

Manage and archive all quality-related documentation

Prepare CPNP registrations and GSPR compliance documents

Update Supplier Quality Assessments (SAQ) and follow up on supplier certificates

Support internal and external audits – Once proven suitable, you will independently take on sub-aspects of audits

Track training files and competencies

What we are looking for

  • MBO or HBO working and thinking level in a relevant field (Food, Medical Devices, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Life Sciences)
  • Initial experience with or clear affinity with ISO 13485 or FSSC 22000
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • You speak Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work with quality management systems and documentation software
  • Accurate, with analytical problem-solving skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
